Very honest, helpful. Explained car's problem in detail so I could understand and make informed decisions

My wife loves the place. Guys are not spose to show there feelings.ha ha. Everything they have fixed on my truck, or car was done right. I think they are a little expensive, but I think they are all expensive.! I think they are honest and informative. They told me what parts my Mustang needs, to fix my check engine light. Other places never did.!!!!They gave me print outs of what labor and parts would cost. I think that's COOL.*****

I got an appointment very quickly. After the problem was diagnosed, it was explained to me in terms that I couldunderstand. The work was done in a timely manner. The car is driving great now. Thank you!

I had a 120000 check up done on my 2007 VW Passat. Knudsen's found additional work that needed to be taken care and they did that after letting me know. It's only been a day since the work and all's well. As long as the needed work holds up I'll be a happy customer.

This is the best shop ever! One of the few shops in town with extensive computer diagnostic capability. A computer module went out on my car and they knew what was wrong right away because they had that equipment. Don't get the run around! Take your vehicle to Knudsen's first!
