I could not have asked for or received better service. My vehicle was indicating major issues with the brakes (master cylinder?) and power steering (pump?). The transmission (auto) was not shifting as smoothly as expected. I was so concerned about driving the vehicle it had not been driven in two weeks. I called to make an appointment. The same day I called my vehicle went in for service. Knudsen's (Lorenzo -service manager) called to report while repairs were needed the repairs were not what I had feared. I was giving specific cost of the repair, I authorized the repair and had my vehicle ready by the end of the same day. All work was detailed clearly on the receipt I received.Thank you Lorenzo and Team Knudsen!MB

I went in for my oil change with the intention of giving the business one more try. My last experience wasn't exactly pleasant. To my pleasant surprise, I found the area all cleaned up - no more broken down cars in the parking lot, no music blaring from the bays and workers yelling above it. Alfonzo was so polite and courteous. My oil change was done quickly and I was told I needed additional work (air filter/belt). He offered to have the parts in the following day. When I went back, the service was completed even quicker than I anticipated and was done at a very reasonable price. I've already told 5 or 6 people about my wonderful experience and plan to tell more. As a single woman, I am confident that my vehicle will be taken care of and that I won't be taken advantage of. That means alot!

Lorenzo is a genuine person and you alway know ur going to get an honest answer in what you truly need. He's got an awesome staff working for him: )

Great experience professional service. The way it should be.

Woke up with a dead battery and other car issues, and a two yr old grandson watch. Looked on yelp and found Knudsen auto repair. Called and they said come on in and they would help me! They were busy, but made time to fix my car. They said "if you can't trust us to help in an emergency, how would you trust us with routine needs? Super friendly staff, clean shop and very reasonable prices. I will be moving here soon, and just found my mechanics!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Knudsen's for about 15 years now. Every time we go, they are very accurate in their priced and do a fantastic job. We have now been sending our son there for his automotive needs. Excellent experiences every time

Parents were visiting from IN when the brakes on their van started grinding. Called Knudsen's, based on Yelp reviews and location. Received a reasonable quote over the phone. Dropped the Van for repair and got a call less than an hour later that the Van didn't need brakes, it was simply missing a bolt to the caliper. Service is honest and impressive. The repair was no charge AND even cleaned the inside. THANK YOU!!!
