Very pleased that I could get my car in and was told I didn't need a service that I thought I did. However several other issues were spotted and addressed and were able to go ahead and take care of same day.Lorenzo is very customer orientated!Been using Knudsen for decades and still happy!

I had an amazing experience. Lorenzo was great and very honest. Helped educate me on what was needing to be done and how. He took his time and also understood that I wasn't able to spend a fortune to get it fixed. For once I didn't need my husband by me to get some honesty from a mechanic and for that, I've dropped my old mechanic of 6 yrs and you guys have gained a new customer. They took our vehicle right in and changed the oil in no time. They also told us what other work should be done within the next year. They did not try to pressure us into any other repairs we did not need. They inspected the car and gave us a print out of what they found. Basically they did not try to sell us something we did not need. What a relief.

FABULOUS!!! We had a check engine light come on. Called them and they said bring it right in so we did. They checked out the code and determined the problem was a faulty gas cap. Encouraged us to buy from the dealer because of known problems with replacement parts. Reset everything and did not charge us a single nickel! We love the personal care we have always received at our neighborhood business. They are community supporters and are a longtime locally owned business
