My grand daughter and I both went in for an oil change with the mailer discount coupon. The tech was very courteous and helpful. We both had a few issues with our vehicles and the specialists let us know the estimates to repair them in the future. We will definitely return to Knudsen to have those items that we cannot have done at home completed by the Knudsen specialists.

Called and was told I could bring my car in ASAP, which was a good thing as they found my engine mounts had broken and the engine had fallen, damaging my front axle. Repairs were done same day. I'm so happy to have a shop like this as a resource. Honest mechanics, reliable and quality work.

I had a 120000 check up done on my 2007 VW Passat. Knudsen's found additional work that needed to be taken care and they did that after letting me know. It's only been a day since the work and all's well. As long as the needed work holds up I'll be a happy customer.
