I recently had my car serviced at Knudsen's. While this was mainly service for oil change and fluid check, I had concerns about my tire wear. I was so impressed with how Lorenzo, the manager, checked the tires himself, discussed with me his assessment (tire wear was not an issue; tires safe) and showed me on the tires why the tread was fine. The honesty and quality automotive repair is why I go to and appreciate Lorenzo and Knudsen's Auto Specialists.
