First time going here for an oil change, got an inspection done and found out my control arms are bad, set up the appointment and got them fixed. Great customer service and friendly staff. Will use them again if needed, especially for oil changes as there less cost than other places and they do a great job.

Jerry, thanks for choosing Knudsen's Tire Pros & Auto Service for your first oil change and inspection. I’m glad our team was able to catch the worn control arms, get you scheduled quickly, and take good care of you with friendly service and fair pricing. We appreciate the trust and look forward to helping you again when you need us.

Howard was great, he went out of his way to give me the best advice for my situation and this went a long way in building trust. After picking up my truck I drove to Pueblo, Co and am now on my way back. The truck is running perfect and you have a new customer. Thanks Howard 👍

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had our minivan serviced here recently and honestly had a great experience. The guys up front are super nice and easy to work with, and they got the issue with our van fixed. Everything has been running smooth since. Best part was how nice the owner was to our three little kids. He had some Hot Wheels behind the desk and gave each of them one. It was such a simple thing, but it absolutely made their day. My kids were talking about it the whole way home. Great place, Great people, Great service.

Israel, thank you for the awesome review—I'm glad our front desk team made things easy and that your minivan has been running smoothly since the service. It means a lot to hear the kids enjoyed the Hot Wheels too; we really appreciate you choosing Knudsen's Tire Pros & Auto Service.

Outstanding service from Knudsen’s! They were fast, professional, and offered a great price. Best of all, they went above and beyond by delivering the repaired vehicle directly to my mom's house when she wasn't able to pick it up. Howard was the dude who handled it all with great aplomb. Highly recommended.

Rick, thank you for the great review! We’re glad you had a fast, professional experience at a fair price, and that we could go the extra mile by delivering the vehicle to your mom when she couldn’t pick it up. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Howard.

Could not recommend a shop more. As a single female I’m, unfortunately, used to being given the run around at auto shops. Not here. They will not only be straight forward around what is necessary and the costs, but they will go way out of their way to make sure you get the best possible deal on every single part. Thank you Knudsen’s for being a bright spot in Phoenix.

Kyley, thank you for the incredibly kind review. We’re glad our team could be straightforward about what was needed and the costs, and that we could help you get the best deal possible on the parts. We truly appreciate you choosing Knudsen's Tire Pros & Auto Service.
