I was recommended Knudsen's by my neighbor who had very positive things to say. I am more of a home mechanic but my AC in my 2020 Gladiator had stopped working intermittently. I dropped it off to Knudsen's but it was working fine and were unable to diagnose at the time. They told me to just come by whenever it acted up again and I did a week later. They quickly brought my truck into a bay and diagnosed a bad coil on my AC compressor. Not only that, they were able to pick up a new OEM compressor and replace it that day! I was very impressed with the quality of work, turn around, and customer service, plus the price was very reasonable compared to the dealer. I will be using them again when the need arises.

We went to Knudsen’s Auto Specialists based on a recommendation from a Facebook group, and we had a great experience. Our brakes were making a grinding noise, so I dropped off the vehicle first thing in the morning. They called with a diagnosis within about an hour, which I really appreciated. I felt they were honest and didn’t try to upsell or push any unnecessary services. We will definitely be returning for future maintenance needs. I highly recommend this shop.

I was referred by a friend. Very friendly. Had specific requests, that were ignored by 'other' companies, they wrote them on the work order, highlighted in yellow!, and the person doing the work came in and answered my questions, and showed me my items in question.
