Had a tire go flat and needed a quick replacement. Called a lot of places, all the big names, but none had a pair that would match my other tires available without waiting for a few days for shipping. Called here first thing in the morning and they had them at the warehouse and later in the shop on the same day. Very friendly both on the phone and in person, not trying to upsell, reasonable wait time on the service and on top of all a competitive price. One of my best experiences dealing with car repair/maintenance businesses, will be coming back for maintenance in the future!

Boy did they make it right. I discovered my undercarriage skirt was missing. The guys insisted that it was not on my vehicle when I brought it in, but they made it good at no cost to me anyway. I am thinking that the dealer service shop that had my truck prior to this forgot to reinstall the skirt. Afterall, they forgot to change my filter on a simple LOF. Hmm? Thank you Knudsen!

Daryl, thank you for being good at what you do! Knudsens is a new shop for me and every experience has been wonderful. Howard does an amazing job of scheduling and communicating through the repair process. They have provided routine services and diagnostic services and have been fairly priced. I feel confident that they love what they do and treat the customers with respect. I wish I had found them sooner.
