I've taken both cars there a couple times and they've always done great work, everyone there is really nice and polite. I have to give a big shout out to Ricky, he was assisting me on my Toyota and was a pleasure to talk to. He was patient when I had questions and didn't make me feel rushed or unintelligent when it came to cars, so thank you Ricky. I highly recommend Knudsens.

I bought a jeep a couple of years ago and have had steering issues with it ever since. I thought it was the lift kit that was put on it by the previous owner, so when I took it to Knudsen's I told them I needed the steering geometry fixed. They found the steering geometry was fine, but one of the bars had stripped threads and was causing all of my issues. They were able to source and install the bar in less than a day. The difference it made was like night and day.

Daryl and his team did a thorough job repairing our old jeep and preparing it for taking a trip up the mountain. Knudsen's prices are very reasonable, especially taking into consideration the great work they do!

I came in for brake service and was very happy with the amount of time it took to finish the job. They kept me up to date during the process and took the time to educate me about future maintenance needs. I’ll be back for an oil change in the future.

I was run off the road by a semi my insurance wanted to total my car sight unseen. I live in Illinois so I was glad to find an honest garage.I brought my car into Knudsen to have them look it over. They agreed my car wasn't a total. They did let me know I needed shocks and new tires as well. They were very helpful, knowledgeable. Their service was great and prompt. I came back after Caliber Collision fixed my body damage and got my shocks done. I then called them for advise on getting anew battery as well since mine was at least 5 years old. I then came in and got my new battery from them and they installed it. I was going to get my tires from Costco but Knudsen advised me on Costcos warranty this lead me to getting Michelin tires with a full warranty. I would recommend Knudsen and I would use their services again when in Phoenix.I am traveling with my car all over the country. I am confident by car is going to do well. It now rides like a Cadillac.

I took my Daughter car for some Suspension work/Alignment. They were So friendly. Took good care of the car. And kept things clean. Great price and great work
