Referred to Knudsen's from a friend (prior mechanic sold business and not real happy with new proprietor) and very thankful for the referral. They took care of our minor car service very professionally. We will be coming back for regular service of our cars and any other unforesee problems that may rear their ugly heads. Had a very small issue with getting 2 tires ordered and delivered for next day service. (A pair were delivered and available the very next day...but I was told after getting to the shop that the wrong size got delivered.) I can't be certain what size got ordered, but the Kia Sorento recommended tire (per the manufacturers recommendation called for 245's) I guess the previous retailer sold me their cheaper set of 4 tire in 235's and I was unaware until I needed replacements. Maybe the tires delivered were actually what was recommended (but a little bit more expensive than the price quote I received earlier.) I am happy that I have a matched set of front tires on my vehicle with 3 year warranty.
