I had never used this shop before and found them doing a Google search because they were close to where I work. Based on the other reviews I gave them a shot. Lorenzo who waited on me was extremely friendly and even gave me a ride back to work due to complications they were having fixing my vehicle and would need it longer.

Lorenzo was courteous and called us with updates and options. Had the oil changed and an alignment on our 2008 Saturn Vue.

Very honest people

My car needed some scheduled maintenance and I was looking for a good auto shop. My uncle said to get this shop a try. They did some work on his classic truck and he was very satisfied. I called to make an appointment and the front desk was friendly and efficient. When I showed up for the appointment they remember my name, car and service I wanted completed. They went over the quote and gave me some options to help on my budget. They gave a time frame for the work to be completed. Right on time they called saying work was completed. Again they remembered who I was and the car. Time to pay. Quote they gave was the same down to the penny. These guys got my business, and I would feel good about referring friends and family. AAA discounts also saved me some money.

I recently had some maintenance work done on my truck which admittedly has been neglected in recent years. There was a lot of work to be done but they helped me choose which things should be done right away and which could wait a little longer. They were great at helping locate new AC/Heating head unit and did their best to help me get it at a good price. They were very friendly, did good work and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!

Lorenzo and his team (at Knuden's) did a quick and professional service for me. I found Lorenzo to be very honest, which is getting harder and harder to find! The price for their services is very fair. Highly recommend that others use Knudsen's for their auto servicing requirements!!
