Lorenzo was thoughtful and attentive. When I requested some work I thought was necessary, he explained it was not time for that service. That insight saved me more than $100. While performing an oil change, he took the initiative to check out my entire car. He came back with recommended services, helped prioritize them, and gave a discount on the work we decided to do that day. His professionalism, thoughtfulness, and courtesy were refreshing. 3 days ago Knudsen`s did a wheel alignment and driveability diagnostic service. And they cleaned the M.A.F. sensor. [ no charge on cleaning the sensor ] Lorenzo said it was very dirty. He said I should notice more power.He was not kidding. I drove my MONEY PIT MUSTANG to work today.The car runs great. I hope I don't get a speeding ticket.!!!!!

I'm just a little sad because of my dear car needed a fix; in addition, that fix costed me more than $3000

I could not have asked for or received better service. My vehicle was indicating major issues with the brakes (master cylinder?) and power steering (pump?). The transmission (auto) was not shifting as smoothly as expected. I was so concerned about driving the vehicle it had not been driven in two weeks. I called to make an appointment. The same day I called my vehicle went in for service. Knudsen's (Lorenzo -service manager) called to report while repairs were needed the repairs were not what I had feared. I was giving specific cost of the repair, I authorized the repair and had my vehicle ready by the end of the same day. All work was detailed clearly on the receipt I received.Thank you Lorenzo and Team Knudsen!MB
