They found and fixed a problem when others could not!!! Way before promised also...(i.e.shipping time on parts for my old eclipse). Yay!!! They have my business!

This is the best shop ever! One of the few shops in town with extensive computer diagnostic capability. A computer module went out on my car and they knew what was wrong right away because they had that equipment. Don't get the run around! Take your vehicle to Knudsen's first!

I was very happy to find out about the honesty of this shop. I have had work done here on my car before.On Thursday I had been at Big O Tires because I needed to replace a tire that had cords showing. I also was going to have the front end aligned so my tires would last longer. We were told that the tie rods had to be replaced and the total for the alignment was $329.00, besides the cost of the 4 new tires we would need. My husband comes from a car background, so he felt that was not right. We went to Knudsen’s and without telling them about the Big O Tire experience had the frontend aligned for $79.00.We ask about the tie rod ends and was told they were fine and was only a bit out of alignment. We ended up buying our tires and left very happy and confident that we were treated right!

We have been coming here for more than 8 years. Feels like a neighborhood business, not a corporate chain.Always treated well, and they are timely. Will always take my truck there. Only my girl friend gets a 10!!
