Explains what's needed to be done in a way anyone can easily understand. Lorenzo and his team has been such a pleasure to work with, even though the feeling might not be mutual hahaha. I've used Knudsen's twice, so far & both experiences have been excellent. The first was tire installation & oil change. The second was tire rotation & oil change. Lorenzo was great at fitting me in for my tire installation!! I also had them look at a few concerns & they gave me honest feedback. Prices are affordable, service is awesome.
