Staff was very professional, knowledgeable and the work was completed when they said it would be.

We have been to this shop many years ago for a car that had issues with powering steering. They did an amazing job fixing our car and in a timely manner. Now here we are in 2020 and again they have taken care of us we’re completely honest with us. We knew our truck wasn’t in good shape and they gave their honest opinion on how they felt we should go about it. Unfortunately our truck is done for and that’s ok. They offered to help us out with finding a new car also which is amazing. We plan to always use Knudsen’s for any future services.

I brought in my (Monda Modessey) after being totally fed up with my dealership’s GS, which is Mell Monda, and in my opinion...the absolute worst Monda dealer anywhere...Mell Monda tried to charge me about $500 to $600 more for the same service...after screwing me around and not returning my calls seeking an update after...3,4,5, hours later...The second time by the way...and having to track down a senior manager to get people to do their job. 1: Avoid Mell Monda at all costs. 2: GO TO KNUDSEN’S, save time, money, be treated like a human being, enjoy trustworthy top tier service, and know you’re in good hands. Knudsen’s is a Phoenix staple and go to place for cars and trucks. They’ve forgotten more than most dealerships “think” they know. Period. I’ll be back for routine maintenance. Great value, exceptional service, no drama, no GS. If you made the mistake like I did of buying a Monda and all the beefed up add on warranties that....when you really need it....won’t cover Jack, and you need service...RUN, don’t walk, to Knudsen’s. Seriously.

I have been taking my car here for a few years and I've always been impressed with the great service, the quality of the work, and the value for the work performed. They stand behind their work so if anything were to ever happen I know they would make up for it. I will and have recommended Knutson's too many people. I would recommend that you also go.

My need was pretty basic -- a 19-point inspection of my vehicle required by Uber and Lyft every year. Several repair shops apologized but said they did not provide that service because it was just not cost effective for them to take a service technician off of a job that might pay several hundred dollars and put hom on a job for which the going rate was approximately $30. (I fully understand their reasoning.) However, Knudsen's said that they did offer this service and the price was $29.99. They estimated that the wait time would be about an hour. They completed the work in under an hour and charged $29.99 plus tax. This included filling out the two forms, one for Uber and one for Lyft. I was happy to have found this shop and pleased with all my interactions with them.
