Great, honest service. Repair and service was done in a timely manner.

Knudsen Auto Specialists was recomended to me by a friend and I’ve used them solely since the recommendation. Lorenzo and staff are always friendly but I value their honesty the most. All recommendations have always been explained to me and the necessity and urgency if it if needed. There have never been any surprises in billing. If anything additional had been found in looking at my car, Lorenzo has always immediately notified me and talked me through it. I have never felt taken advantage of or charged for an unecessary service. I know quality work is being completed on my car. Their waiting room is always clean, with plenty of magazines to review and coffee and water. It is evident they value and appreciate their customers!

I recently brought my older SUV in for service. As the original owner, I'm very careful where I take the vehicle for repair. The Service Manager, Lorenzo Foster, uses his network of resources to quickly locate parts needed even though it's an older vehicle and his repair team does the job right the first time. During this visit, the mechanic found that an important repair was needed on the vehicle. Lorenzo notified me immediately. We discussed options and I authorized the repair. Thanks to the Knudsen's team, vehicle safety is a priority, recommended repairs are clearly explained and unnecessary work does not occur.
