I visited Knudsen's for the first time last week. They were AMAZING!! My 2000 Super Beetle wouldn't start. It cranked, but wouldn't turn over. The first shop I took it to told me it was an internal engine issue & they couldn't fix it. I found Knudsen's on line when searching for a German engine repair shop. I had the car towed to Knudsen's. The car started right up, they drove it & said it sounded & felt ok & they didn't want to charge me for diagnostics. Driving home, the Check Engine light came on, so I went back to get it checked. The mechanic worked all day checking all the codes. He finally found a cracked crank shaft position sensor. He also noticed the fuel pump was going bad. Mark Rouse, gave me estimates to repair the sensor & install a new fuel pump. The repairs were successfully completed & now my car runs perfectly. Mark has Great Customer Service skills; he kept me informed about the repairs & the costs involved to complete the work. I think I've found a New Shop. I recommend Knudsen's 100%. They are honest & perform quality work.

I took my Nissan sedan to Knudsen's for an oil change and routine maintenance. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 a.m. I am so pleased with the service provided by the service manager, Mark, and his team at Knudsen's. As soon as I arrived my car went into the repair bay. Work was completed within an hour. I'm very pleased and confident with the quality of service my vehicle receives at Knudsen's.

This place was awesome. Tried to go to another vehicle maintenance place and they would not see us sue to they were heavily booked. Knudsen, fit us into their busy schedule. Told me what the problem was and fixed it. I'm so glad they did. I'll go back again if I need any of my vehicle looked at or fixed. Thank you for your service.
