FINALLY, an honest business!!! My car had been previously misdiagnosed. I went to Knudsen:s due to the convenience of my kid being located across the street. I am so glad I did. I'm the type of guy that would rather do it myself to save on ridiculous price markups and labor charges but found myself without the time and proper tools. I brought the parts necessary for repair, not only did they inform me that the previous diagnosis from another shop was incorrect but he seen my frustration as I have been trying to get it fixed for a couple of weeks he let me know that the problem was a minor issue very easily solved. I would very highly recommend this shop to any of my friends and relatives!! And would happily go out of my way to use their services if needed again!!! Can't thank you enough Knudsen's!! Please keep up the good honest and friendly services!!! Just fyi, i don't usually do these reviews but people need to know that there are still honest and fair businesses out there!!!

Always good service - staff is honest with their diagnosis. Each time we call, they take care of the problem. Even issues that other mechanic service centers can't figure out - they do.

Mike was great.. I never feel comfortable or trust mechanic shops but he made me feel welcome; he’s very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I would defiantly recommend this shop.
