Great service, man at the front desk was very helpful. He not only told me the issues I had with my car he actually took the time to show me the issue. It wasn't just hey guy you need this, this, and this. Great place!

Lorenzo was friendly, respectful, and truthful. He told me exactly what he would check on my car; what he would repair; and that he would call me if something unexpected needed fixing and obtain my permission before corecting the problem. His services are reasonably priced.

Great customer service! I was in and out in no time. I was there for an oil change, it went quickly. I had mentioned to Lorenzo about a possible problem with my seat warmer ( which I'll fix when it's cooler here). Without any prompting he quickly set about to check my fuses. Great service,no bull,great price!

I wanted to try a family owned business for tires this time and I was not disappointed. Lorenzo ordered at set at the last minute on a Friday and made sure I got them installed by the end of the day. The shop was very clean and his mechanic tucked away all of my jack equipment left in the back after the flat tire that brought me there. I was also very happy with the price of the tires and the road hazard package.

Lorenzo was as nice as can be. I had my oil changed (synthetic) and had a coupon for it. They didn't balk or treat me any differently because I was paying less than the normal price. They topped off my fluids and rotated my tires, also! They even reset my maintenance reminder! And I like that they're affiliated with AAA in case of any problems or disagreements.

Overall, a very good experience.

Very pleased that I could get my car in and was told I didn't need a service that I thought I did. However several other issues were spotted and addressed and were able to go ahead and take care of same day.Lorenzo is very customer orientated!Been using Knudsen for decades and still happy!

I had an amazing experience. Lorenzo was great and very honest. Helped educate me on what was needing to be done and how. He took his time and also understood that I wasn't able to spend a fortune to get it fixed. For once I didn't need my husband by me to get some honesty from a mechanic and for that, I've dropped my old mechanic of 6 yrs and you guys have gained a new customer.
