Look no further - this shop is honest and they genuinely care about customer satisfaction and returning customer business. Case in point: one year ago I brought my vehicle in and it needed two new engine mounts. The manager at the time put aftermarket mounts in my vehicle. Exactly one year later, those parts failed and I was back at square one today, facing another expensive repair. When I told the new manager Lorenzo that I'd had my car in one year ago for the exact same problem, he secured higher quality (aka manufacturer) mounts for my car and credited the expense of the more costly aftermarket parts back to me. This significantly reduced the cost of the repair. I was also allowed to use their shop car so I didn't have to rent a vehicle, miss work, or incur the costs of ride sharing around the city. He certainly didn't have to do those things, but by doing them, he has ensured that I will continue to give Knudsen's repeat business and refer others to the shop as well. It's hard sometimes to not feel like you're getting fleeced when you take your vehicle into a mechanic. At Knudsen's, I can trust that I'm getting the most for my money and that if something does go wrong with the repair, they will take care of me.

Lorenzo and employees were very thorough on what was wrong with my vehicle that was misfiring and corrected the issue. Car was worked on in a timely manner and got the car back in a timely manner!

They were so helpful and treated me as if I had been coming for years, instead of just the first time. I will come for years now.

First time here and it was such a wonderful experience for me. My car needed a few things done and they did the whole job within hours ! I was so pleased with all of their nice professional work. Very nice and professional service.

My experience has always been good with everyone there, they've gone out of their way to help. 3.5 to 4 stars for me. Not a 5 for me because although fairly close they are always more expensive & it adds up. Ppl there are great but on bigger stuff a 2nd option/opinion is good idea. Btw, as a general good idea, I advise that for any shop you use. Even car ins, mentioning these guys charge less for the same thing will tell you a lot. If they get pissed or annoyed do you really want to work with them? We're the paying customer afterall, plenty of options.

This is the first auto shop were I do not feel pressured into repairs I do not need. They are very female friendly. I have recommended them to my family and friends. Lorenzo is very nice and explains repairs in detail to make sure you know what is going on. Thank you.
