My need was pretty basic -- a 19-point inspection of my vehicle required by Uber and Lyft every year. Several repair shops apologized but said they did not provide that service because it was just not cost effective for them to take a service technician off of a job that might pay several hundred dollars and put hom on a job for which the going rate was approximately $30. (I fully understand their reasoning.) However, Knudsen's said that they did offer this service and the price was $29.99. They estimated that the wait time would be about an hour. They completed the work in under an hour and charged $29.99 plus tax. This included filling out the two forms, one for Uber and one for Lyft. I was happy to have found this shop and pleased with all my interactions with them.

Knudsen Auto Specialists was recomended to me by a friend and I’ve used them solely since the recommendation. Lorenzo and staff are always friendly but I value their honesty the most. All recommendations have always been explained to me and the necessity and urgency if it if needed. There have never been any surprises in billing. If anything additional had been found in looking at my car, Lorenzo has always immediately notified me and talked me through it. I have never felt taken advantage of or charged for an unecessary service. I know quality work is being completed on my car. Their waiting room is always clean, with plenty of magazines to review and coffee and water. It is evident they value and appreciate their customers!
