As always, we were well taken care of! One thing about Knudsen's, they are not the lowest priced repair shop, but you can get what you pay for. Their prices are reasonable, they stand behind their work, and I know it was done correctly. I have and will recommend this shop to family and friends.

Knudsen's continues to provide the highest quality service for my vehicles and customer service to me. My most recent visit involved repair of engine motor mounts. I received a courtesy ride home and to pick up the vehicle which was repaired in the time estimated. After the repair I was amazed at how much more smooth and quiet the car ran. Lorenzo, Service Manager, provided me with the estimate of the work and thoroughly reviewed the cost with me. Only manufacturer's parts were used for the repair which is important to me. The coffee is hot, the waiting room is comfortable and clean along with the entire building and repair area. Thanks to Lorenzo and team at Knudsen's Auto Specialists, I know my vehicle will be repaired and general maintenance checked (fluids, etc) when I receive my vehicle back.

I've been taking my car to Knudsens for all my car needs for about 4 years now and I can honestly say I am completely satisfied with the service I have received every single time. As a single woman always afraid of getting hustled for repairs I don't need or being over charged for services needed, I don't have this fear with Knudsens. Lorenzo and the staff are terrific.
