I recently had my car battery fail while doing errands on one of the extremely hot days in Phoenix this summer. Fortunately someone was able to jump the battery so that I could drive to Knudsen's Auto Specialists for help with the battery. Lorenzo, the Service Manager, checked the battery within minutes of my arrival. A battery would need to be ordered. The car was also due for an oil change. Lorenzo said he could do the battery and the oil change. Lorenzo gave me a ride home and by 9:00 a.m. the next morning my car was ready to go with a new battery and the oil change. Having the oil change done with the battery saved me an additional repair trip. I can't thank Knudsen's enough for the prompt, courteous and quality service provided for my car.

My go to car guys! Even when I asked around other car repair shops, they even recommended me to go here. First class customer service. Picked us up and dropped us off if need be. Explains what's needed to be done in a way anyone can easily understand. Lorenzo and his team has been such a pleasure to work with, even though the feeling might not be mutual hahaha. These guys thinks of the customers first. Will always be a loyal customer.
