Going to a mechanic can be a stressful time. However, my experience with Daryl and in his great staff removed that stress. I was greeted by Daryl and I explained what issues I had with my car. I didn't even have time to make my coffee when Daryl came in and gave me what the problem is and how to resolved it. After getting the cost I was happy to know I came to the right place. Daryl, Gene and Ernie are providing not only a great service, but one you can trust! My appointment for one car was booked only two days out and my other, I was able to book one month out. They diagnosed my oil leak and I was able to get a quote to repair it at a later date when I can have the money available. I like that when given the info on the needs of my vehicle, they give me options and flexibility to decide on what, how and when I want each item done. Keep it up the great work guys!

I had a check engine light on and ended up getting another part out on to fix the problem and a gas cap. Then we realized I needed upper control arms ( I knew I needed and alignment) I needed to get the control arms out on first before and alignment. The shop was very helpful and friendly. I ended up needing a lift down the street and was accommodated. The work was done in a timely manner and they were considerate of me needing to pick my kids up from daycare. This is the type of shop I prefer to do business with. I was able to pass my emissions and renew my plates for 2 years. I was even given 2 small gifts for my sons. I highly recommend this shop they offer competitive and reasonable rates. Thank you for getting me back on the road so I can do what I need to do!!

As always, Knudsens took really good care of my vehicle. I can trust that they are truthful in their dealings and they don’t say something needs fixed when it doesn’t. I have been dealing with them for many years and with the exception of one prior experience I was always satisfied. The new owner was great.

Knudsens diagnosed and corrected issues with our Windshield washer fluid system. They were prompt, courteous and very reasonable with the charges.
