Fantastic service, had an oil change and service. Once again excellent service. We also had a problem with our AC, they were able to determine the level of the freon and diagnose the problem.

I was surprised the shop was very clean and also the waiting room was very neat and tidy. All the work on my car was done efficiently and within the time of my appointment.

I had a flat on way to work yesterday. Car towed to Knudsen's. Quick check-in, super nice staff, warm waiting room with coffee and a thorough evaluation of the tire damage. Transparent and clear explanation of options available was given upfront. Great experience, highly recommend this place!

Work was done timely and professionally

Took my car in for several repairs. It was in shop for a couple of days. Communication with office staff was great, able to address my concerns and kept me up to date on progress. Owner is friendly & honest. Very pleased with the work. Definitely would recommend this shop for car repairs.
