I came in, in an emergency needing my concrete pump tire to be replace and they had the tire on before I paid for it(10 minutes) thank you guys for your professionalism. I was able to make it to my next job on time

I caught a flat on 19th Ave and Thunderbird so I continued south with my hazards on until I seen this place. Initially I was thinking they weren’t going to help me especially because I didn’t want/need to buy anything. To my surprise they were very helpful. The lady at the front desk assigned one of the mechanics to help me get the lugs off so I could put the spare donut tire on. The mechanic who helped me did so with a great attitude and didn’t make me feel like an idiot. I don’t leave reviews often but I like to acknowledge great service. Peace and blessings to you all. Continue to spread that positive energy. It goes a long way!

Thank you, Daryl, Kari (front desk) and Gene (mechanic), they provided excellent service while working with a warranty company that I won't mention here). Daryl was instrumental in satisfying the warranty company handling all communication in a very timely manor and Kari was very helpful with scheduling/communications. Gene explained what the vehicle/engine failure was and showed me the parts. I will definitely return to have Knudsen's take care of our vehicle needs!
