Thank you, Daryl, Kari (front desk) and Gene (mechanic), they provided excellent service while working with a warranty company that I won't mention here). Daryl was instrumental in satisfying the warranty company handling all communication in a very timely manor and Kari was very helpful with scheduling/communications. Gene explained what the vehicle/engine failure was and showed me the parts. I will definitely return to have Knudsen's take care of our vehicle needs!
