I got an appointment very quickly. After the problem was diagnosed, it was explained to me in terms that I couldunderstand. The work was done in a timely manner. The car is driving great now. Thank you!

I had a 120000 check up done on my 2007 VW Passat. Knudsen's found additional work that needed to be taken care and they did that after letting me know. It's only been a day since the work and all's well. As long as the needed work holds up I'll be a happy customer.

This is the best shop ever! One of the few shops in town with extensive computer diagnostic capability. A computer module went out on my car and they knew what was wrong right away because they had that equipment. Don't get the run around! Take your vehicle to Knudsen's first!
