I've been taking my 2000 Nissan to Knudsen's for over 10 years now. These guys are courteous, personable, and above all honest. The don't hesitate to answer questions and give honest recommendations, even when the right thing to do doesn't make them more money. I've gotten quotes from other shops from time to time to make sure what the problem is and price, Knudsen's hasn't been wrong or overpriced yet. A pure bonus is there are always beautiful show cars and/or custom desert trucks there to ogle while your vehicle is being serviced.

Always honest and fair with quality work

It was touch and go replacing the Park Lockout solenoid but they stuck with it to the very successful end. The problem with the shifter getting stuck in oark now appears to be completely cured.

They have always been courteous, and do great work.

First time there and was very surprised at the good service I received from Lorenzo and Tiff. They spoke to me in a way that I could understand and offered very viable solutions. The pricing seems fair and they worked hard to keep the car on schedule. Would definitely recommend them based on this experience.

I have been going to Knudsen for years and am always pleased with their courteous service. I think it may be the only automotive repair company that has not treated me differently or tried to take advantage of me as a woman.

Yesterday was the third time we have had our GMC Envoy in for service issues.
